I can't wait to say hello to Winter again... It has been a long time and I have missed all of the fun that comes with the build up to Christmas. Although we have a bit of time left for this season to end, you can never plan an outfit too far ahead... right?!
I love dresses, they are my favourite piece of clothing to buy. They can be can be worn from season to season by accessorizing with different items. My favourite is being able to throw on a pair of tights with some cute ankle or knee high boots in the Winter... I sure do prefer to cover up; winter fashion is my fave!
My husband and I do our monthly shop at Asda and have been ever since we moved in together. As soon as I step foot through those doors I am off! Off to the clothing section, of course! I always find so many cute items for such a great price. I especially love the jeans as they fit me better than any others I have ever found.
With the weather changes, I love to browse through new collections of clothing online. Whilst doing so I found that George currently have some gorgeous dresses, perfect for any work do or celebration leading up to the new year. They are all very versatile as they can be dressed up or down. Many of which are also perfect for everyday office wear which is something I always appreciate in a dress.
Below, I have picked out one of my favourite LBD's from the website. A functional piece which can be worn everyday or for that special occasion.
As my center piece, I chose the All Over collared lace dress because it is very functional. Not only can it be paired with heels such as these gorgeous embellished sandals, pictured on the left, they can also be paired with boots. I have chosen these beautiful 2 strap ankle boots but you could also pair this with flats for a more relaxed looked.
For both outfits I have chosen two lovely pairs of earrings. The diamante ball studs and the teardrop gem earings. These are great as they can be mixed and matched to go with lots of different pieces. Which is the same for the pink and black cutwork clutch bags, both in the same design but different colours.
Now for my favourite part of any outfit. The cardigan/coat. I have a bit of an obsession with coats and these two are like a dream for me! I love how feminine the loop stitch cardigan is with the beautifully delicate bow in the front. It certainly has made my 'must buy' list! People who know me can also tell you about my trench coat obsession so it is no surprise that this blue mac has made my post today.
